1. Information We Collect

During your use of the app, we may collect the following information:

• iCloud Account Identifier: We store your iCloud user identifier (iCloud ID) in the iCloud public database. This identifier is used solely to recognize your device or account for basic service functionality or potential future sync features. It is not linked to your name, email, or other personally identifiable information.
• Temporary Files: When you select a video or Live Photo for conversion, the relevant files are temporarily stored in your device's local temporary directory (temp). These files are only used during the conversion process and are automatically deleted when you reopen the app.

We do NOT collect:

• Your photo library content (photos, videos, Live Photos) is never uploaded to any server. All conversions are performed locally on your device.
• We do not collect location data, device identifiers (except iCloud ID), contacts, usage logs, or any other sensitive personal information.

2. How We Use Information

The iCloud ID we collect is used only for:

• Identifying users across their own devices (e.g., syncing preferences if such a feature becomes available in the future).
• Ensuring the basic operation of the iCloud public database.

Temporary files are used exclusively to complete your requested conversion tasks (video to Live Photo, video to dynamic wallpaper, Live Photo to dynamic wallpaper, Live Photo to video, stitching into dynamic wallpaper, etc.). Once the task is completed, the files are removed or deleted.

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or any tracking purposes. This app is ad-free, free of charge, and does not share any information with third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

The iCloud ID is stored in Apple's iCloud public database, protected by Apple's iCloud security mechanisms. Your temporary files reside only on your device locally and are never uploaded to remote servers. We implement reasonable technical measures to safeguard your information; however, please be aware that no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

This app uses Apple's iCloud service (CloudKit) to store the iCloud ID. This service is provided by Apple; please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details. Apart from that, the app integrates no other third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks.

5. Children's Privacy

Our app is suitable for users of all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

6. Your Rights

You may stop using the app at any time. Since we only store an iCloud ID and cannot directly identify you personally, you can manage or delete app data through your device's iCloud settings. You may also request deletion via the contact information below. Local temporary files are automatically cleared when you restart the app.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting. Significant changes may be notified to you through an in-app notice.
